History Bites
History Bites starts with delicious food with an added dash of history. This project came about as we were having brunch at the Driskill Hotel. We saw on the menu that they featured Helen Corbitt’s Cheese Soup.
As always, the historian in me took over and I searched for information on her and the hotel. We will continue to search out the best combinations of food and history for your palate.
